I am not sure what is the latest claim made by DSC Limited on the maximum time a customer has to wait before he can get through the Toll Plaza. I believe the latest time stated by them was around 2 minutes.

I assume that they still are required to open up the toll plaza to the traffic if the waiting time gets over this period.

This following video is from last night. Time was around 8:30 PM. This video is around 3.5 minutes long. And it was shot after I managed to get through the mess at the beginning of the traffic to find a lane dedicated for the people with smart tags. I am pretty sure that it took me more than 5 minutes to cross the plaza.

But here are the last 3.5 minutes of that experience.
